What we collect
When you join Astraluna Rewards we keep your name, mobile number, and email if you give it, plus your points and order history with us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, how to reach you, and your message.
Why
To give you points and rewards, to answer your messages, and, only if you say yes, to send you news and promos.
Who sees it
Only Astraluna Café staff, through our point-of-sale system (CapsaHub, by CuysDigital), which stores the data securely. We never sell your information. The points page on this website shows only your first name and points, and only to someone with your member code.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop promos at any time. Ask us at the counter.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that don't identify you.
